DocuSketch creates a virtual tour of the home or the areas that K3 Renovation contractors take photos of on site. This program also takes measurements for us at the same time the 360 degree photos are being taken, which saves time in the field for us, and keeps our first visit as short as possible while still being able to fully document the existing situation.

We use Xactimate© to write our estimates. This product provides many advantages for our K3 clients.

• Scope of work on the estimate is extremely detailed

No assumptions need be made by either party when the scope of work is fully contemplated.  

Buildertrend has a client portal where K3 Renovation clients can communicate about their projects, thus keeping all communication in one place. Clients can also make their home upgrade or remodeling selections (flooring, countertops, fixtures, paint colors etc.) inside the client portal! This section lets them know when the selections are needed so as not to delay the schedule as well as tracks the delta between the allowance amount and the actual expenditure so they can keep track of that throughout the project and not get surprised at the end.
