Description of Work: We had a little of verything done to include ceiling repairs, subfloor replcaement, electrical installation, appliance installation, interior and exterior repairs remodeling.

I canont say enough about K3 Renovationss. From beginnign to end the project was well managed and the team was knowledgable, hardworking, and respoectful of our time and space. (We chose to remain in the home while the work was completed) . I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

This was a total redo following Hurricane Harvey. It took months and required extensive work from all the trades. Bill Spell is talented is all phases of renovations and knows what has to be done and when. The finished product is beautiful.

Very happy with end result and paint job. Hooked down spouts back up. Had them remodel 2 upstairs old bathrooms last year, hapy with results.
